We’ve been in the vacuum business for over forty-five years, and we’ve deliberately chosen to sell and service only the brands we trust: Riccar, Miele, Simplicity, CleanMax, Lindhaus, and Titan, a private label brand. We work directly with these manufacturers, so genuine parts and expert technical support are always available.

Many other shops will attempt to repair lesser brands, but then you’re simply out the service fee for a fix that rarely lasts. If you find a vacuum online or in a big box store, chances are it won’t be supported well when it needs service. We’ve seen the junk come and go, and we’ve weeded them out, keeping only the models that are built to last and can actually be serviced properly.
